Sanjeev is a former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across strategy, corporate training, and organizational capability development. He has advised leading corporations and public sector institutions across Asia-Pacific on growth strategy, operating model redesign, and large-scale transformation programs. Through Adveritum, he focuses on building institutional capability through structured learning programs and focused advisory that translate strategy into execution.
He brings this experience into Management Development Programs for corporates, combining real CEO-level situations, consulting rigor, and highly practical leadership tools. He has trained, coached, and facilitated learning for 1,000+ leaders and managers, including CXOs, business heads, functional leaders, and high-potential talent, across Indonesia, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
He won McKinsey Person of the Year (2018, Southeast Asia) for bringing distinctive Client Impact. He is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School, graduating with distinction with an M. Sc. in Leadership and Strategy. He also has an MBA (with distinction) from the Indian School of Business, and Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
